Serious hip hop/drum and bass circa ~1999-2000…

As many will remember, we brought Robosonic here back in 2006.  Great night.  Wanted to see what they were up to now and found this on YouTube.  Very middle-of-the-set glitchy dance track with a Kenny Rogers sample.

So yes, this site has been dormant since early-to-mid 2010.  Mainly because my time to actually be involved in music has also remained dormant for that same period.

However, thankfully(?) due to the bad economy, I found it hard to even find a non-paying gig for the summer.  So, since I have a bunch of free time that I haven’t anticipated, I guess I will be stepping up working on music for the summer.

So, expect a new mix from me over the next several weeks and maybe even some live sets provided that anybody sees fit to book me.  I’ll probably also be working on an update to this site as well.

Recorded a pretty good set at Chico’s birthday/house party last night.  Enjoy!

Here’s a horrid mix set I had sitting around. Well, it’s not horrid, but it shows the lack of practice I’ve had since school started.  I’m hoping to have something better completed over Spring Break next week.
